- In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law and Supreme Decree 016-2024/JUS - Regulations of the Law, we inform you that the personal data you provide us will be used and/or processed by LP HOTELES S.A., strictly and solely to address complaints and/or requests submitted due to situations of dissatisfaction with products and/or services, which will be incorporated into a personal database owned by LP Hoteles S.A., which is registered in the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data under the name "Complaints Attention" with code RNPDP-PJP No. 28539, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, cancellation and opposition of your personal data at any time. - Filing the claim does not prevent resorting to other dispute resolution channels nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI. - The provider must respond to the claim or complaint within no more than fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable. - The copy of the claim form will be sent to the email address provided by you. * According to Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, information marked with an asterisk (*) is required for the claim or complaint to be considered filed. It should be noted that, for the purposes indicated above, consumers may freely provide their address or email address as they deem appropriate.
